Our bootcamp sessions are the cornerstone of what we do. With over 10 sessions a week to choose from you can expect a mixed bag of workouts, all of which can be modified to suit your fitness level and goals. Suitable for complete beginners and high level athletes alike!

Private 1-2-1 Sessions

Tailored completely to your requirements. Challenge Fitness 1-2-1s are more than just putting a workout plan together. We look at your strengths and weaknesses both in and out of the gym. Work out what your triggers are, and really get to the crux of how we can work with you to make sure you’re the best version of yourself.

Online Health & Fitness plans

Tight on time? Get involved in our online 1-2-1 sessions. Tailored plans, guidance, advice, and reviews to make sure that no matter how busy you are you’re getting the best out of yourself.
